RER bus vs taxi?

Hello!

Arriving in Paris this Saturday at 9:00AM from the USA (three travelers, adults), wondering what is more cost effective/easier the bus or just a taxi? Staying at a hotel directly across the street from the Arc so the bus stop is very close either way. Thanks!

Take a Taxi you can split the costs 3 ways. It will costs about 50-55 euros.
The RER B with a transfer to the metro would cost 10.50 per person

I'm headed with my parents, I saw on the Le Bus website it would be 51 euro for the three of us so tax it is! Thank you!

Taxis from CDG to the Right Bank are 50€. Do not accept offers from those soliciting from within the terminal. Proceed to the official taxi queue. Taxi drivers are not tipped. Have your destination written on a piece of paper to give to the driver.

RER is not a bus, it is the express suburban railway. You then have to change lines to get to Charles de Gaulle Étoile station, but the €10.30 price is valid to any métro station.
With 3 people who don't know Paris carrying luggage, you may want to go for the €50 fixed price taxi. This will probably be slower than the RER, but no luggage to carry down métro corridors..

Got it! And apologies I meant the Le abuse transfer between CDG and Etoile/Champs-Elysees stop not the other bus to metro. Taxi seems like the most comfortable option after being on a plane all night, thank you!
