We have found a very suitable apartment for our stay in Paris this coming July. We are communicating with the owner and are about to make a deposit. Has any one used www.homelidays.com? Can you offer advise on entering into a lease contract? ( 9 days)

Used them couple years ago before vrbo was involved in Venice and Rome. Reserved online one night with credit card then paid cash euros for discount when we arrived. Got our cash euros here in the US and no problem paying them upon arrival. Worked out fabulous for us. Depending on how much cash keep it safe with you in money belt and enjoy trip. Arrived at apartment early, gave them cash, held our luggage, gave us keys and said come back after 1 or 2 pm. Walked around neighborhood, and it all work out well. Good luck
