My wife and I will be flying to Paris the end of this month and want to go from CDG to Giverny. Can anyone recommend a reliable, "somewhat" reasonable taxi/transfer service. A taxi from CDG to St. Lazare train station, train to and cab from Vernon is about $154 but has a lot of moving parts. Wouldn't mind spending a little more for reliable, direct service. The question is, "who to pick". Please help......Thanks in advance........Mike

I believe on July 9 Balso answered your question of July 5 in your "arriving at CDG at 6:30" post. I have found that for recommendations you can rely on anything he says on the forum to be accurate. He recommends a taxi for about 130 euros.

Since when is it $64 to get from Vernon to Giverny by taxi? As noted above, do what Balso said and take a taxi from CDG.

The current Uber fare, 9:53 AM on a weekday, is 125€ for CDG to Giverny. A taxi from the rank at CDG airport might be a bit more, i.e. closer to 150€ - but Uber works too, if you can find the pick-up spot.

CDG to Giverny is about 88 kilometers, over 50 miles.
