Does anyone have recommendations for accommodations in Reims? Maison d'hotes les telliers was my first choice but they are closed over the holiday (December 21, 3 nights, 2 adults, no car, budget +/-100E night)).
Thank you
Look at booking.com There are a few hotels that have rooms available. Are you wanting to stay in town center or outside of center?
My wife and I stayed at the Grand Hotel Continental in central Reims and it was fine for us. Easy to walk around the downtown to find restaurants and things to see.
Not staying in Reims, but nearby right now at Manoir de la Semoigne, a gorgeous B&B on a working farm and gold course in the village of VILLERS AGRON. Absolutely love it.
I stayed at a small studio apartment that I rented through Airbnb. It was about a block from the cathedral so everything was walking distance. It was small but enough for two with a small kitchen - better than a hotel room. I think it cost about 40 euros a night.
I think Airbnb is worth checking out.
