We’re planning to spend 9 days in Nice in mid April of this year as part of a month long journey, and need advice regarding apartment rentals. This will be our 3rd trip to Nice but first time not staying in hotels. We’d like to be in the central part of Nice, near the Blvd. Anglais/Place Massena/the markets/Vielle Nice , relatively close to the tram so we can easily access the train station for day trips but not all the way out by the Port. Hope to spend less than $200/night or thereabouts. We are two active seniors in our seventies, and speak some French.
Getting a late start on lining up our lodging, I know (this trip just fell into place), but all help is appreciated. Thanks.
An excellent apt rental agency is Nice Pebbles.
Thanks, Suki- I have Nice Pebbles on my radar, but at this late date they don’t seem to have too many properties still available.
We stayed in a neat, clean, secure apartment on Rue Dante. Found it through Marriott Bonvoy Homes and Villas. It is Marriott 'Air B & B". You set your search parameters I.e. # bedrooms, #baths, amenities, A/C, etc. We booked with our Bonvoy Points but you can do $$, Euros, whatever. Great way to go and agency had a person to meet us there and orient to apartment and keys and such. Check it out.
