recommendations for Champagne tour/tasting

Hello all. I searched the forum for advice/reviews of the various Champagne cellar tours/tastings, and I didn't find any recent ones. What are your favorites? We are thinking we would like to do two while we are in that area for a few days this summer. Our daughter did the Veuve Clicquot one last summer and enjoyed it, but I am thinking we might have a better experience at smaller producers. We have done several cellar and vineyard tours in Burgundy, and are pretty educated on the vines/growing aspect. I would really like to learn more about winemaking post-harvest. I appreciate your suggestions.

You often have to book in advance for the small producers. I spent one night in Reims, took the Taittinger and Martel tours, back-to-back (they are very close to each other) and the next day, the Mercier tour in Epernay. All were interesting, all were different. Mercier was the most fun. All explain about the aging process, which is obviously much more complicated for bubbly than for other wines.
