Has anyone ever rented a 'gite' (French house) in one of the fishing villages along the Normandy coastline? My husband and I are wanting to spend a month there, next September.
Sandy - Check these villages in Normandy as possible destinations to stay for a month.
Les Andelys, Honfleur, Lyons-la-Forêt, and Saint - Malo. I have rented a 'gite' in Honfleur 3 years ago and it was a wonderful 2 weeks experience.

Thanks so much. I stayed in an Airbnb in Honfleur last October. Loved the area so much that I want to spend a month there this fall. Appreciate your links and fast reply! Sandy
You are most welcome Sandy. Honfleur is a picturesque fishing village. While you are in Normandy, take the opportunity to visit the town of Saint - Malo. You will enjoy the scenery there. It's a charming town.
