After weeks of reading through this forum and wondering when (if ever) I'd receive my pass sanitaire, I finally got it last night after submitting another request. For some background: I am traveling to France tomorrow, 9/15, and applied for the pass sanitaire on 9/3. I sent a message a few days ago with the hopes of nudging along the process, but had no luck. I submitted a second file at 9am CEST and within seconds was asked for additional information. I uploaded the additional info and then received the pass minutes later. Not sure if it was simply good luck or if it's a question of timing - perhaps attempting to submit right as the office opens helped the processing speed? Anyway - wanted to pass this along for fellow travelers who haven't received their passes yet. Keep the faith!
