I have some hearing problems and being in a noisy restaurant is difficult for me. I am looking for a restaurant in western Paris for lunch which will be quiet. Cost is anything between 20-45 euros without wine. Good food, but nothing spicy. Would prefer 17th or 16th arrondissement. Outdoor seating is okay unless traffic noise. Thanks.

Coretta on the edge of MLK park in the 17th is one of our go tos. It is quiet, elegant and had very good food. We always sit upstairs which is sort of tree house like, but I think there is some outdoor seating as well.

The 16th is one of the biggest arronidissements. Any indication of neighborhood?
