This is probably user error...but need some help. Trying to purchase 4 tickets in December for 2nd floor access of Eiffel Tower. Chose my day on the calendar, chose from available times, but can get no farther. When I try to add to cart or checkout, I get this message in red at the top: Error in visual verification. I've run out of ideas. Can somebody help me?? Merci!

It shows up for me below the block of times you select from. Scroll down and see if you see it. I think that error message may come from not having completed the Captcha process (or whatever it is--I hate those things).

AARRGGH! I've started over from the beginning, and can scroll down to nothing below the available times. No Captcha to be found. Same error message!

That's odd. Time to try a different web browser. If you were using Internet Explorer, try Chrome or Firefox. If still no luck, switch to a smartphone or tablet instead of your desktop computer (or vice versa).
I have occasionally had problems buying US event tickets that were resolved by changing browsers or type of computer.

Acraven, you are brilliant!! Merci Beaucoup! When I switched to my phone, the Captcha showed up. Tickets are printed and in my hand! Thank you again for your help!!
