Hello,
I'm flying Icelandair out of CDG. I was reading that once you get through security at the Terminal 1, there's no place to buy food or drink. Is this true?

The Terminal 1 map at http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/en/passengers/access/paris-charles-de-gaulle/terminals-map shows a single bar in most of the boarding areas, but more in the central hall, before security, and more on other floors.

Can confirm that there is a bar and food spot past security at Terminal 1.

Lots of food choices at CDG before security, but once cleared into the gate areas, very limited choices. We waited until after security and found pre-wrapped, refrigerated sandwiches, chips and such at a very small convenience-store-type shop. There was a small bar offering a few wraps, coffee and other drinks.
