My family of 5 is traveling via Delta through JFK to CDG in May. We were notified that our flight times had changed, and our connection at JFK is now 1 hour 53 minutes. It was previously 2.5 hours. We will land in Terminal 4 and fly out of Terminal 1 on Air France. This was booked on 1 ticket. Is this enough time or should I rebook?
I know so much is out of my control, but I don't want to start off our vacation by missing a flight.

That would be too tight for me personally. It’s just barely over the minimum connective time.
That thread, by the way that was linked above, is not necessarily official. However that thread, says the minimum connection for this is one hour and 15 minutes so I don’t think one hour and 53 minutes is barely over the minimum
So what are your other options? Look at Delta and schedule and see if there’s something that can get you there earlier and call and ask. It’s really going to be up to the agent in the airline because you are not really that close to missing a flight.
Thank you so much for replying. I have checked on Delta’s app and found a flight that leaves an hour later. We may do that. I have done some research on JFK, and it may be doable, but there are always factors out of your control.
