How is travel from CDG to Bayeux on public transportation.
Thanks
RER B to Gare du Nord, RER E to Gare St Lazare, train to Bayeux.
Regarding the public transport: you also have the option of taking the bus from Gard du Nord to Gare St Lazare. Just outside of Nord is where numerous lines stop. Bus # 26 goes from Nord to St Lazare.
You could take the bus, but why buy another ticket when the ticket you already have will take you all the way to St Lazare?
Or you could take a cab between stations......8-10 Euro depending on traffic.
Or just take a cab from CGD to Gare St Lazare. 53 EUR flat rate.
But then the question was: "Public transportation". Does that include taxis? No, to my mind, but then that is just my interpretation of the phrase.
