Because of the high pollution, the city of Paris has made public transport free throughout Ile-de-France again today and tomorrow.
Another measure taken is that only plates with odd-numbered license plates can drive tomorrow (on an odd-numbered day). However, taxis are exempt from this, so they will continue to circulate as normal.
If the pollution particulates continue to spike like this, they may extend this for a few days.
