I will be dropping off a rental vehicle in Rouen, France - at 13 Avenue Bernard Bicheray, if any one is familiar with this area can you tell me if there's public transportation from this point to the center of town (near the train station) where my hotel is located? Walking it is about 50 minutes, so not really ideal with suit cases.

Assuming it is the Enterprise Rental Car, there is a bus stop directly in front, in the median of the highway with a dedicated bus lane. The bus will take you to central Rouen, Theatre-de Arts stop, where you change to the Metro Tram going north a couple of stops to Gare-Rue Verte by the station.
Couldn't you drop off the luggage and then return the car?

Thank you for your response, yes it is the Enterprise office. Would you know if/how to download the bus schedule for that route?
You could also ask in advance about Enterprise staff transferring you to your hotel, since that's a special service that company advertises.
