We are seniors and planning to go at the end of September. Hoping to spend a couple of days in Provins upon our arrival at CDG. Any recommendations? We will have a car.

Provins is often visited as a day trip from Paris, so you might not find a lot of accommodation recommendations.
The town itself can be visited in a few hours, but it is a good base from where to explore other neighboring towns and cities, like Fontainebleau, Moret-sur-Loing, or Troyes.
