I give 2 thumbs up to Nico of ProVans Tours.
He was AWESOME on our one day tour out of Avignon. We visited Arles, Baux de Provence and Chateauneuf de Pape. He speaks great English and is a young father, so I'm sure he can do baby friendly. He does set group tours, but will also do private itineraries.
