Trying my luck in here as well.
I will be driving from Nice, move in Aix En Provence on the way to L'isle Sur la Sorgue and would be happy for big supermarket on the way, in order to purchase some items, including gluten free items.
Is there any big supermarket on the way you recommend?

The really big ones in that area tend to be Carrefour or Leclerc. Don't know about where one might specifically be along that route but Google Maps will help.

As above, check the route on google maps then check on the many supermarkets you will see to see if they carry what you need.
Both Carrefour and E.Leclerc sell gluten free or sans gluten / no-gluten. Not directly overwelming, but they do. Supermarkets in France is more like a plague, it's hard to miss them. Most to find along access roads and in most of the time signposted as "zone d'activité(s)" or "zone commerciale".

Whilst you are there you can fill up your tank with cheaper gas.
There is a big Intermarché right in the outskirts of Isle sur la Sorgue: it should do the trick.
And a slightly larger Auchan outside Cavaillon.
a Casino will have what you want to. There are loads of them in that part of the world. That's the Casino supermarket.
For specific gluten free products (and also the others) see also organic supermarkets or organic product shops.
