Provence Market Days

We are spending 3 days wandering in Provence. I know there are many great markets and we will hit a few. At the same time I may want to avoid some market days on my road trip.
My research gives me varying days for locations. The link here is 7 years old. Do the days change? Is there a reliable source I might use.

This website looks to be up to date for 2020. I like the section that gives a list of towns for each day of the week as a quick reference.

Here are 2 web sites for markets, covering all of France. However, they're not overly user friendly. There was a great one that i used for many years, but for some reason it changed into one of these last year.

I think that market days almost never change. A few times over the years a particular market did not take place when we expected it to, but I don't know whether there had been a change or the source was wrong.

I realize you didn't ask for personal opinions on which markets are "the best", but I'd like to put in a word for Bonnieux, Coustellet, and Avignon. Bonnieux is charming and small. 45 minutes will do it. Walking around the village is also worth an hour or two. On the other hand, I spent 2 hours in Les Halles in Avignon. It is an indoor food shopping Disneyworld, and there are places to eat there as well. The weekend market in Ile-sur-la-Sorgue has some food stalls but it is more merchandise. It's kind of a zoo, but a fun one. Coustellet is the winner in terms of a "typical" market -- cheese, bread, fruits and veg. Beautifully displayed and fun to shop. The sellers are very entertaining and love it when you speak French with them. We are as entertaining to them as they are to us!
