Our family of four will be in Provence from July 30th to August 8th. We were originally going to rent a house and stay in one place, but are concerned about the heat, so want to look at hotels with air conditioning. In fact, now we're thinking of more a road trip, picking up the car at the Avignon train station, then driving to Barcelona and back.
We're pretty much open to any ideas for where we might go and stay in the Provence area and would appreciate hotel suggestions. Heck, if we found the "perfect" hotel, we might go back to the idea of staying one place.
