Provence and Gard and Luberon with no climbing ?

We are a group of 4 women with a car....arriving in Nimes and who really cannot do hills or a great deal of walking. We love to go to markets in the villages and visit some ruins... We would appreciate any suggestions or warnings of too strenuous visits for Orange, Nimes, Arles, Vaison la romaine, Menerbes, Roussillon, St Remy de Provence, Avignon , Aix.
thank you!

Arles is not flat.

Aix is flat.
Nimes is flat, unless you want to climb the arena.
If you want to see Carcassonne, you'll have to climb steps.
Saint-Remy de Provence is relatively flat.
If you want to see anything like gardens, there will be many steps to climb, all worth it.
Have a look at the places you plan to visit:
Enter "Nimes tourisme", for example. Pull up English and there you are.

Rousillon is a hill town but parking lots are pretty central to the upper sightseeing. That might be a reason to arrive early, before lots fill up. I'm not sure of the parking situation in Menerbes; it may be more random.

Among the indoor market halls, Nimes' is a bit bigger and more impressive than Avignon's. Local bus service or taxi may also be of help in the cities.
