Provençal Products @ a Nice Market?

Bonjour. My wife and I are in Albenga Italy and will make a day trip to Nice on Friday.

I would love to find a market with some vendors selling typical Provençal market type tablecloths and goods (can’t get to Provence this trip). I checked on-line and there is a dizzying number of various markets that day. Does anyone know if one of them may have what I am after?

Those tablecloths used to be everywhere but they are difficult to find now. I saw the oilcloth sold in Uzès and my local hardware store has the oilcloth, but I no longer see the cloth ones, placemats, bread baskets. Menton had a huge store, but it morphed into a Hobby lobby type place. There is a shop in Nice I was going to try a few years ago that manufactures and sells the products. You might be able to find it online.

The soaps, lavender, etc are sold everywhere. Menton, just over the border from Italy, has a lot for sale.

Marche Selaya may have a vendor - I know there were several vendors with Provence type products.
On Rue du Marche there is a mixture of old and new shops/restaurants - some are touristy but others, like the butcher, have been there since I’ve been going (20 years or so). I bought some Provincial linens from a store in this area, but I can’t remember the name or exact location.

I Googled "nappe provençal nice" and got three shops. One was Mémoire du sud at 19 rue de France. Styles have changed and they are not as easy to find nowadays.

There is a shop where the owner sews articles herself. It's on St. Francis de Paule on the same side of the street as the Opera and Beau-Rivage Hotel, not far from the famous Auer candied fruit shop, but before it if coming from the Beau-Rivage. There is a tourist souvenir shop diagonally across. I was there days before the March 2020 lockdown and again last year. The owner said she spent her lockdowns sewing. Sorry I can't give you the exact address. I didn't spot it on Google streetview.

Thanks all for some places to target tomorrow. I forgot about the bread baskets…something I would also like to get since my Ex has the one we originally bought (…TMI perhaps).

A wholesaler, Tissues Toselli, has a showroom near the Port at 4 Rue Antoine Gautier. They are made in France and sell to the public from there only. https://tissustoselli.fr/en/

There are a couple of vendors right near Cours Saleya as well, and usually one or two places in the market. I do recall two or more on Rue du Marche as well, at the end that starts closest to the sea/Palais du Justice and heading north.

Memoires du Sud is still open, it is at the end of the Pedestrian Zone in the Carre d'Or. I walk by it all the time.
