Protests around Louvre and D’orsay?

We have a reservation for tomorrow evening for the Louvre and hoped to visit D’Orsay earlier in the day tomorrow. Are the protests impacting those areas? Anyone go to either of those museums today? What was it like?

If you go to the official websites of the museums you wish to visit they will state if they are open.

They were probably closed today, but no protests are scheduled for tomorrow so you can go.

Oh, no problem at all. Orsay is nowhere near protest routes, and tonight's trouble around the Opéra (which might have spilled over towards the Louvre) will be gone tomorrow.
In general, you are never going to 'stumble upon' a protest and suddenly get trapped. It does not work this way. Plus, no protests are scheduled tomorrow!

I walked down to the Louvre to get the metro tonight, about 10 pm or so, and it was just normal around there. Pretty quiet.

Thanks for the updates! We’re in 9eme, and it’s quiet up here, but haven’t been down to those areas yet.
