My wife and I will be traveling in France in September of 2018.
When I try to purchase trainline tickets Toulouse to Collioure (Sept. 11); Collioure to Arles (Sept. 16) and
Arles to Paris (Sept. 21), I notice dates of train strikes through June of this year.
Is there a way to know the status of buying train tickets for September of 2018 as I have indicated above.

Toulouse to Collioure can be done with a TER. TGV connections are not yet bookable.
Collioure to Arles is by TER.
Arles to Paris is not bookable yet.
You can put in your email to be notified when the the non-bookable trains open for sale.

Nothing to do with the strike. You are trying to purchase tickets to far in advance. That’s all.
