I will be traveling to Paris in May and would like recommendations for private tour guides. I prefer to go directly to the guide than through Viator, Tours By Locals, etc.
Can anyone recommed guide(s) that they personally used and loved for Paris and Versailles?

I have used Florent Cardinaux a number of times. He is Parisian, and knows his stuff very well. He also does virtual tours so you can see him in action if you like. His FB page is "Pariswith Flo". He will post his next live tour on Tuesday or so, and it will be Sunday I think. I did a food tour, the Louvre, and the Marais with him live. And he has taken me all over Paris in his live virtual tours.
