Private tour guide for my Grandson

My husband and I will be taking our 12-year old grandson to Europe this June. I am interested in engaging a tour guide that can make his first visit to the Louvre interesting and memorable.
We have a guide scheduled for a visit to Pompeii, will join the night watchman tour in Rothenburg, Germany, and a ghost walk in London. Any other suggestions for him for Amsterdam, Munich (where he wants to tour Neuschwanstein), Venice, Florence, Rome?

What a lucky 12 year old to be having this experience with his grandparents! In Amsterdam they have peddle boats that you can rent on the canals. I think any 12 year old would enjoy exploring the canals that way. I think there is a summer luge located near Neuschwanstein that might also be a big hit.

I think pre-teaching 3-4 items before each museum will help him enjoy the experience more. Have him learn a little about the background, artist, and any unusual facts in advance. You don't want to overwhelm him, but you don't want to have him just walk in cold and not know what he is looking at either.

Make sure you are alternating museums with active experiences. For example, there is one tour company that goes to Neuschwanstein that gets there by riding bikes for the last section

I am so glad that all of you will have this experience together.

Lucky Grandson!
In Venice, we did Row Venice, which is a group 90 min rowing lesson on the back canals. I think [pre-covid] the price was about 90 Euros total for the group. You all can go and partake in the instructions.
PS-
It's much harder than it looks, but is so much fun!
