WE are planning a two week trip the last half of September and are interested in guides for the Vere valley and Sarlat area. Any suggestions for there or other nearby areas? Looking for 2-5 days out of the two weeks Thanks!

A 4-hour private tour with driver/guide in the Dordogne or the region will cost you around €150 per person.
That's around €600 per day for 2 people, and that's just to visit one or two places.
A driver/guide booked for 2 days will be at least €1500 without meals and entry tickets if there are visits
Are you sure you wouldn't prefer to buy a paper guide for $20, a map of the region and rent a car?
