You could take a taxi. There should be a taxi rank just outside the station.

Avignon has 2 stations, the one for regular trains just outside the city wall, and the Avignon TGV station, well outside of the city. Which station will you be arriving at? The regular train station has a nearby bus station where you can get a bus to St Remy en Provence,

Bolt is like Uber in France. From what I read here, they are more reliable than Uber.
