We’ll be arriving in Paris at the the end of Sept. I’m aware the paralympics end 8sept. Hopefully the chaos will have ended by then and things would have returned to normal…

Just that normal for Paris is that September is the busiest month in the city, with the highest costs for lodging and most crowds.
