Porte de Versailles

Hello everyone,
A colleague of mine is attending a conference in Paris at Porte de Versailles. She wants to stay in an area close to (attractions, restaurants, cafes) and within 25 minute metro/tram/bus ride to the conference. Metro line 12 as well as T2, T3a and bus 80 have direct access to Porte de Versailles.

Which area she should be looking at? She's 28 and she is traveling solo.

Thanks in advance!

I don't like having to change trains on a daily basis so I'd stay near Metro Line 12. The tram routes are not very central so i would not look near those. My first choice would be near Sevres-Babylone metro station but a location near any of the stops between Assemblee Nationale and Porte de Versailles would get her to the conference in less than 25 minutes. Another choice is the area near Notre Dame de Lorette which would put her near Rue des Martyrs (http://en.parisinfo.com/transport/73172/Rue-des-Martyrs) and is probably exactly 25 minutes from station to station.
