Port strikes and slowdowns in France?

I read that a number of cruise ships in the last few months have not docked in France because of port workers' strikes, slow downs, etc. I understand that strikes are rather common in France but is there any verifiable news about this? We heard this applies to Le Havre, which is where we are stopping.

There is some information in the local French press about it.

There have been 2 canceled cruise ship calls since April 5.

This day the "Valiant Lady" which transported the contestants of the show "The Bachelorette" had its call canceled.

On April 12 the "AIDAprima" had its call canceled

Last 24-hour strike was Tuesday, April 26

For several weeks, the port workers in Le Havre who manage the gangways to access the boats have been on strike on certain days due to a lack of staff, which forces them to work overtime.
