Plum Guide is a flat rental in Paris. Is anyone familiar with it?

My husband and I have had to reschedule our October trip to Paris until December. I've found that VRBO selections for that time are few and not very enticing. I happened upon Plum Guide which looks lovely, but I've not heard of it or seen it mentioned in this forum, either. Has anyone used Plum Guide, and, if so, what were your experiences?

ADDENDUM: I have researched reviews and this one settled it for me. I will not be using Plum Guide. I hope others will see this thread and also investigate before renting with them.

I’ve never used Plum Guide but my neighbor in Paris lists his apartment with them.

It has popped up on searches for apts for years but I have not used them.

I haven't heard of them but that means nothing.

Be sure the properties meet the usual requirement for a Paris registration number, plenty of reviews, and read between the lines of the reviews....

Try Guest Apartment Services. Reputable with lovely properties. I stayed with them in January this past year and couldn't have been more pleased. I have seen Plum Guide pop up for many years but have never used them.
