Since Rick doesn't cover this region in his book, one way I would start is with a search on Google Maps for "hotels near Quimper, France." Results even have prices attached, before you drill down to the hotel's own web site. Sometimes I like this better than hotel booking search engines because if may reflect some additional places or give me an easier idea of the map location.
