Hello! I am planning a trip to France with my husband this September all the way from India!
Would be very grateful is someone could help me plan which cities to visit between Dijon and nice.
We are planning a 11 day trip starting with Paris (3 nights), burgandy(2 nights). Want to travel from burgandy to nice and with a stop over city for 1 nights between them. We are open to suggestions . I am planning 3 nights in nice and travel to Monaco/Antibes keeping nice as base within those 3 days.
My main problem is should I go directly to nice from Dijon or stop and visit another place between these two as well?

Too much opportunity! I hope you are driving. I would not miss Beaune and the vineyards, Cluny, Tournus, Lyon (2nd best dining city in France), Orange and Nimes.
