Places to stay in Nice

We stayed in the Star Hotel, recommended in the RS book about 4 years ago. Very reasonable, clean, friendly, and well located.

Try Hotel le Royal and ask for a room with a view.

I stayed at the Hotel Suisse. It was thought it was nice.

Another vote for Hotel Suisse. The rooms are very comfortable, it's in a great location and awesome views along the Promenade des Anglais from some of the rooms.

My room was #16 and was on the first floor (US 2nd floor).
Some people don't like this Floor but I enjoyed it. I felt like I was part of the action down below. I posted a video on YouTube of my room and pictures on TA.
