My husband and I will be staying in apartment for 2 weeks beginning in April Looking for good coffee/breakfast places and bistro type places to eat in the area. We do eat seafood but not meat. Thanks.

These are all on Ile Saint-Louis.
St. Regis (on the main street of the island) has a good light breakfast for just a little money. They also are open in the evening. L'Orangerie & Auberge de la Reine Blanche (on the same street) is good for a very nice dinner, and Cafe Med (near the start of the island) is good for lunch and dinner. For your sweet tooth there is Berthillon.
You should be able to google all of them and see if they meet your desires.
