I had thought we would stay in St. Remy for our first visit to Provence, but, I have noticed many a delightful posting regarding the town of Lourmarin. We will be traveling there in early November. Any thoughts. St. Remy or Lourmarin?

I've rented an apartment at Les Olivettes and you really can't go wrong if you stay here. The owners are Americans and they are a great resource on what to do in the area. My apartment had a killer view of the village, by the way. Their website is www.olivettes.com.
