Dear Travelers,
I am planning to use Paris Museum Pass in Picasso Museum this Sunday. Do I need a timed reservation with PMP? Some museums, like Louvre, require reservations even with the pass, but I can not find this information regarding Picasso Museum.

Nope, no advance reservations required! :O)
This is from the PMP website, and lists which museums require reservations and which of them don't. You'll see a few on the list which don't require advance-entry reservations but recommend them; the Picasso isn't one of these.

"The ticket office on site is open but by reserving your time slot, you will avoid the waiting lines and will have priority access to the museum. The Musée National Picasso-Paris ticket is a one-way ticket which gives access to all current exhibitions. It is not possible to book a free ticket. Those who qualify for free entry are invited to come to the museum with proof of eligibility You can find the list of free entrance beneficiaries here ."
