Pharmacy in Vaison-la-Romaine for return to US CV test?

We are staying at a villa in Seguret so I'm wondering if anyone knows of a pharmacy in Vaison-la-Romaine that can administer CV test required to return to the US? We did buy the Binax emed tests but one member of our travel group wants to test at a pharmacy is possible.
