Based on various recommendations to stay overnight in this town, I am looking to make overnight reservations. Has anyone stayed in Pézenas and can you recommend a hotel or B&B? TripAdvisor has a handful of places, but few are in the town's core. I'm also a little concerned about parking, since I'll have a rental car.

I have spent a good deal of time in Pezenas but on a home exchange so can't really add anything regarding places to stay. The central part of town is closed to traffic because of it's tight, winding streets but I'm sure any hotel you stay at will have provisions for parking. There is also a very large public lot near the river that is right next to the old, central part of the city. Pezenas is small enough that even if you aren't in the central core you should be able to walk to it. vrbo.com has lots of listings in and around Pezenas. If you have a rental car then getting into town even if you are on the outskirts should not be an issue.
Thanks Anita. I ended up booking a night at La Distillerie de Pézenas. It has a nice writeup, parking and is across a small river from the center of town (accessible by foot bridge). Can't get much better than that!
