We are looking to spend two nights in Perpignan in October. Have never been there. Can you folks 1) recommend a good area to stay in, with restaurants and a bit of charm? And 2) if you have any actual hotel recommendations I’d love to hear them. We usually stay in three star places, and we will need to find parking for our car. Merci!
