I see several queries from you recently. You might try using the search bar for the info you want as many of these things are well-covered on the forum. Type the subject (e.g. "perfume making in paris" or "Seine river cruises") in the search bar above. Then filter for forum, then 6 months or less or 1 year or less. You will see many well-discussed answers to your questions. I have found this option to be full of information on my subject.
