We did it ourselves with some advance reading-up and a downloaded map - worked just fine for our purposes - but LivTours has seen some recommendations from forum posters who've used them (mostly in Italy) and I see that they offer a private tour of the cemetery. Off top of my head though, I'd be surprised if you see many responses from people who've done a private tour of this one.

Rick's map and info is quite complete you can easily DIY, just be aware that there are a lot of cobblestones so mind your step and slippery when wet

You might contact Oriel, one of the owners of Paris Walks at www.paris-walks.com. They run an occasional walk in Pere Lachaise and would probably be able to arrange a private walk for you. I’ve done a private walk with them before and it was excellent.
