Planning one night in Pau in September, getting there by train from Toulouse and continuing by train to San Sebastian. Wanting to visit Lourdes, is there tours from Pau or public transportation?
How much time should be allowed? Also, please recommend a hotel in Pau? TIA / Merci!

Trains run almost hourly (but not quite) and take about half an hour. They're regional trains with no need or advantage to booking ahead.
