I’m looking for recommendations for a half-day (4 hours or less) hands-on or demonstration baking/pastry/cooking class in Paris. Bon appétit and thank you.
https://lacuisineparis.com/ Is a well regarded cooking class option.
I’ve taken about half a dozen classes with Cook’n with Class. Their market class is my favorite as you get to visit a number of shops and purchase the ingredients for dinner before cooking under the guidance of a chef. I’ve also taken their croissant and bread classes along with several others.

I took one class with La Cuisine (a souffle class) and also enjoyed it.
I also took a La Cuisine class to learn to how to make croissants. I’ve made them at home now for several years with great results. The instructor was excellent.
I haven’t taken a class at this one, yet, but I have been looking at it - Maison Fleuret.
Last fall we took a cooking lesson booked through https://www.meetingthefrench.com/tour/evening-french-cooking-class
It was in the chef’s apartment and was the highlight of our trip!
