Trip Report- I went to this small museum at my sister's suggestion and was glad that I went. There is a taped audio presentation done in a lab room full of many of Pasteur's original instruments that presents a good background about his many accomplishments. Then, a tour guide takes you through the Pasteur apartments which have been kept with the original furnishings. Fascinating to see and learn about this important scientist, and see a "time capsule" from the past.
The tour was small, maybe 7 of us, and the tour guide provided information in both English and French. Tours are offered at 2 pm, 3pm, and 4 pm. Make sure you arrive a little early and with picture ID. You will be given a visitors badge at the entrance gate to the Institute.
