Passenger Locator Form clarification

Hello everybody,

I'm leaving tomorrow so the countdown/meltdown has begun! I'm uploading my various forms to the United app, but am confused about the passenger locator form. Unless I misunderstood, the form says you only have to include your first stop, but it also gives space to add others. I'm set for the first two nights in Angers (and entered that location), but haven't settled exactly on how I plan on bopping around around Le Mans and Saumur (Fontevraud Abbey) between Thursday and the start of my RS tour in Chartres on Sunday (I'm sure I'll be posting about that next ;))

Is this something I should update as I go along, or am I worrying too much? I just would rather avoid a confusing back-and-forth at immigration, on no sleep and in my very broken French!

Thanks!
Caroline

You only have to include your first stop.

We just returned from about a month in Italy. I downloaded the form to Delta’s Flight Ready travel document organizer and that was it. I’m sure other airlines have similar pre-travel document files. I printed my form and had it at the ready for immigration, but, upon arrival, the only thing the immigration officer wanted to see, besides my passport, was my vax card. Easy peasy.

Have a great trip!!

Technically, you should provide French Immigration with your full itinerary, where you are staying, a copy of your return ticket, proof of medical insurance coverage, and proof of sufficient funds for your stay, 65€ per day if your hotels are prepaid, 120€ per day if they are not.

For those arriving France from the USA, Immigration will likely ask you nothing and not care about the locator form.

Our arrival to the EU was through CDG. The French immigration officer was only interested in the passport and vax card.

This spring the only paperwork examined at CDG was the passport. All other papers were taken care of by uploading to the airline.

I am in Paris and flew in on Sunday June 12. American Airlines checked to see I had all the required documents, including the passenger locator form. My boarding pass indicated I had met all the requirements, so I assume this was translated to what immigration can see. They didn’t ask for more than my passport.

FYI: If you arrive at CDG you may not even see an immigrarition agent if you are from the US/UK and Canada I presume. They now have a place where you scan your passport, get a picture taken and then get your passport stamped no questions asked. And anything Covid related like Vax cards or locator forms aren't reviewed either.

Hello everybody,

Thanks for your replies. I ended up just including the first two days and it was fine. It all went into my United “Travel center” stuff and was approved. I assume the gate agent at Dulles looked at it, along with my passport info and Covid docs, in the app as well. At Dulles, nobody checked any ID after security and at CDG the immigration agent scanned my passport without even looking at me.
