Pass Sanitaire- Update

Hi There,
I took the advice of others (not sure who…I’ll edit this post once I find that info) and sent an email to them. I wanted clarification as to which type of file to send since I submitted a jpg. They said either worked but seemed to be asking for my papers since they couldn’t access my applications with just the file number. I replied with all necessary information and voila! I was emailed my passes!

Btw I replied at around 7:30 my time which was 3:30 Paris time. She replied at around 10am - 6am Paris time.

Pam- yes!! I had to open it up via notes on my phone and it worked!
And in regards to emailing them….squeaky wheel gets the grease (sometimes!). Squeak squeak!

It's truly a relief, isn't it? Print out a couple of copies, add it to the TousAntiCovid app on your phone and if you have an Apple Watch you can somehow get it onto the face of your watch which is really handy. Plus all the waiters who scan your wrist will laugh and say Very Modern!

Such a relief! The way the system works is unpredictable! And I will download the app🙂. Maybe a good excuse to get an Apple Watch lol

Danielle! Oh yes, I am sure that is a NEEDED item, lol! Also will accurately keep track of your walking mileage so you can crow over how active you are in France. It is a good excuse for one more pain au chocolat, lol!

May I ask what the email address was? I'm going in a few weeks and was told my company who I'm traveling with that I don't NEED the health pass that my paper vaccination card will work and I do not believe them. :) Thank you!!

I put the name, DOB, & file # but maybe add your documents since I replied with it.

@lfwilson76 - Having just returned from France I can tell you that having the Pass is easier and it is the expected way. I was with a tour group where more than 50% did not have the Pass at all during the trip and used their CDC cards all the time. There was never an issue with them being accepted although it sometimes took the screener a bit longer to look and try to figure out the card. You can get by with just the CDC card.

I'd still try to get the Pass Sanitaire but I wouldn't NOT go because you don't get it in time.

Danielle...yes, I think it is 8 trillion miles for a cup of that Angelina chocolate, hahaha!!
