My wife and I will be staying in Colmar for 1 week. We plan on renting a car in order to visit Equisheim, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé and Selestat. Is there plentiful parking in these towns and approximately what is the cost to park for the day? Thank you!

It has been some years since I have been there, but as I recall parking in these villages wasn't much of a problem. In some cases we parked outside the town walls - close - and walked a short distance. In some cases we found parking on the street or in lots in town. I don't remember paying to park, but if we did it was nominal. Parking in Colmar, of course was harder to find and cost more. Look for signs with a "P" or "Parking" just like in the US.

Little towns like this have an almost entirely tourist driven economy and most have parking lots well signed for tourists; these are often free. We didn't pay to park in Colmar and Riquewihr.

Just went to this area last October. In some areas of Colmar we had to put money in a meter but not expensive maybe a few euros for the afternoon. Eguishem was free from what we could see. Such a gorgeous little town. We did not visit the rest of your list, sorry. We were only there 3 days.
We did take a side trip to see Haut Koenigsburg castle ( spelling?) and that was free parking as far as I remember. We also visited a tiny town called St Hippolyte that was our favorite. So pretty and a great stop coming back from. The castle. Also free parking. Loved that day.
