I wanted to see if anyone out there knew if there is parking at the train station in Arles and if so how long can I park there? Is parking there all day possible?

Google Maps knows. Plug in the address of the station, Avenue Paulin Talabot. Click on the map icon, then on Search Nearby for parking. Up comes Parking de la Gare, "station parking", with a photo suggesting it's right at the station. I haven't used it; I took the train to Arles so I can't help with prices or other policies.

Adding to what Southam said, enter Gare d'Arles, Avenue Paulin Talabot, Arles, France in Google maps and add the satellite layer. You'll see the parking area on the north side of the station. My experience with parking at French train stations in smaller cities is there is either no time limit or a generous time allowed.
